Personality: Kotaro likes to work alone, but will work in a team when needed. He is a very quiet man, practically never speaking to anyone outside his clan. He has made a few friends in the hidden villages his clan has visited, but rarely makes contact.

History:
Birth Arc: Kotaro was born in Konohagakure when his clan took up residence during a storm. His mother and father were both accomplished ninja and leaders of the Kuya clan. Kotaro was born with the Kuya clan's Wolf glare, a condition where his eyes match that of a wolves.
Academy Arc: Once attending the academy in Konohagakure, Kotaro showed excellent promise in Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu. He made very few friends and barely talked. He graduated from the academy with flying colors.
Genin Arc: As a Genin, Kotaro was trained by his father on the road and also aided in missions with his father and mother. His skills in the three ninja techniques added to his Kekkei Genkai, allowed him to complete even a B rank mission, although he returned injured.
Chuunin Arc: Once a Chuunin, Kotaro went on many more missions, showing even more promise in the three ninja techniques and even leading his own squad of ninja. His mother, being a puppet ninja, started teaching him how to use chakra threads.
Jounin Arc: Jounin was a rank that changed Kotaro, for he was on a mission with his mother when she was gravely wounded. After that, Kotaro brought her to Konohagakure hospital, where she has remained since she can no longer fight as well as her puppet being destroyed. He continued his training with his father .
Kage Arc: After his father passed away with Kotaro at the age of 24, he was made the leader of the Kuya clan. Although the leader, Kotaro continues to train and fight in missions.

- Kotaro walked through the row of tents pitched by his Kuya brethren. His hands were in his pockets and his gaze in front of him. They were near Konohagakure and his anticipation to see his mother in the hospital was growing each moment. He fingered the scroll in his pocket, his fathers last will and testament. It wasn't to be read till he was with his mother.
Every time they stopped Kotaro's patience diminished. His mother was stable, alive, and fine. But each time he thought of her in the hospital he felt degree's of guilt. He was there when the rogue ninja had attacked, and he was too weak to fight the rogue. His mother had almost sacrificed her life to save him, and it was tearing him up. As the Kuyakage, e was supposed to show control and leadership. He was all but that.
By the time they were moving again, the sun was heading over the lands in the west. They were close enough to Konohagakure to keep going, but they would go slower to make sure no attacks would be made. He suddenly felt disturbed. If anyone died, it would be because of him. He gritted his teeth.
"Lord Kuyakage!" A ninja said running toward him, dropping to one knee, hand resting on his lifted leg and dropping his head. "Konohagakure is up ahead." Kotaro nodded and pointed toward it. "We will rest just outside of it. Set up the fires." The ninja nodded and disappeared. Kotaro sighed. "Figures.....I'm leader, and all my friends treat me as someone distant."
