A after dinner walk

Kotaro chuckled. “You can meet her at any time your at my office. She's the Anbu thats always by my side.” He chuckled again. “Of course, but very few times. She's completely obsessed with keeping an eye on me.” He shot a glance toward the chimny, which suddenly looked thinner. “She moved again. Look, why don't you come into my office sometime, then i can introduce you.”

"Gladly. But i think before anything we should take care of the person spying on you.." Neo said in a low voice his eyes hinted the person with no headband sitting on a bench. The exact same person that was at the restaurant

Kotaro nodded and glanced at the man. "If he's an enemy, then he would have to be a jounin or anbu."

"All to true. but for some reason i can't sense any of his chakra.."

"Perhaps a chakra seal." He whispered turning a corner. "Or chakra armor."

"A chakra seal would be smart. But armor? Who makes chakra armor? I havent heard of that since my grandfather told of a kid killing a guy in chakra armor. And that was before the great war happened."

"Chakra armor may be used rarely, but it is still manufactured. I don't know who makes it, but I have seen ninja wearing it."

"Is it legal? and overall i dont even know its uses.. What effect do they have?"

"Illegal in some countries, but not impossible to obtain. Chakra armor enhances your jutsu's, increases and conceals your chakra, and can withstand most attacks."

"Is it illegal in rock, and mist?" Neo kept a discreet but secretive eye on our spy friend

"Illegal in all but the wind village." He explained. "Which means he either is a wind ninja, or was recently there."

"Hmm. Well even if he has come here to kill or spy on you. It would be rather hard with your anbu guardian. I mean our village has many high ranking authority with a close eye on you and other things that happen in the streets.. And our crime rate is rather low. So it obviously isnt a crime syndicate"

"True." He said. "Of course this may be just a recon." He pretended to sneeze and there was a sudden rush of wind as the man was thrown into an alley. "So lets find out shall we?'

"Gladly" Neo lightly walked over to the alley "Hello sir, A pleasant day to you. But you seem to be following us. And we dont really take to strangers..."

A female in an anbu mask suddenly landed beside them. "Lord Raikage, he had a poison suicide pill. He is a spy." Kotaro nodded. "Thank you Raze."

"How does she know he has a pill? Where did she come from." Neo looked between the three puzzled. "No one ever tells me these things"

"This is the anbu I told you about, the one who was always watching me. She's the one that forced him into an ally, so she must have taken away the pill."

"You know for a spy hes rather weak.. You think they would have a good explanation for this"

"They just hired me to take pictures, I'm a farmer, not a ninja." The man said.

Neo looked at the man "Take pictures. And bring a suicide pill? Who put you up to this"

"I don't know who they were. They just paid me to take the pictures and gave me the pill, saying it would be safer with suicide then see them if i failed."

"And you failed. Where are you supposed to meet them?" Neo wanted to play it cool for now. Weapons wouldnt be necessary as this man wasnt even a nin

"They said they would find me 3 days from now. That way they couldn't be tracked."

Kotaro narrowed his eyes. "These men know what their doing."

"True. But wouldnt there scent still be on him? We can track by that. If possible."

"Scent or no scent give it a thought. If they said they would meet him in 3 days they are possibly watching us right now. They probobly know he's been compromised."
