Kekkei Genkai Description:The users eyes turn to a fierce red. It looks as if the Byakugan and the Sharingan was mixed.
Kekkei Genkai Effect:
(All Levels)The eyes are fierce and able to strike fear into the opponents eyes sometimes causing their reaction time to be delayed. Similar to orochimaru's eyes.
Level 1:(The eyes are not as crimson looking and looks like a mangekyou symbol instead of the blur like in picture below).The bloodline resembles the sharingan. The eyes gained the slight ability to percieve movement similar how stuff seems slower to the sharingan user yet it is not as effective as the real thing but about ranked at Tomoe 2.

Level 2:The level 2 allows the clan fuse their blood cells to any part of their body. As to say if they fused it with their brain then it would allow more blood and oxygen to reach the brain allow the user to use more of it and enhance its ability. If the user fuses his blood to his nervous system and muscles then it allows more blood and oxygen to reach them which heightens the users reaction time and strength.

Level 3:(The level 3 is an ability only masters are able to obtain. The reason for this is because they understand their kekkei genkai and where it origionated. They can look far enough back in the kekkei genkai and extract a form of byakugan)Level 3 can see points in the body but instead of chakara points it can see few of the main arteries in the shinobi's bodies allowing the user to strike them and cause them to burst which can sugnificantly hurt their opponent or even cause loss of blood flow to the limb but masters of the kekkei genkai are the only ones to be able to use this trait.

Physical Traits:If they use the blood to fuse with their nervous system along with their bones and muscles, then it amplifies their speed and reaction time causing them to have super human speed.
Mental Traits: They can also use the bloodline to increase their mental capacity and mental abilities for a period of time.

Clan History: This clan has just recently been around. Kinai had a parent of the Byakugan and of the Sharigan. When he was born the new bloodline was unknown. It didn't start showing later when kinai was at the age of 5. While his parents were out completing missions kinai's baby sitter angered him and his new found power showed through. First off it was the eyes. They showed and it completely made his baby sitter froze in fear. As time passed kinai furthered his new found power and also come up with a way to heighten his abilities while fighting. He can do this by fusing his blood with parts of his body to strengthen it.

i have one question. are there diferent stages to this like the sharingan like so they get different tomoe in the eyes going from one to 2 and then to 3 then going to kind of a mangekyo stage just wondering.
